Involve in implementation of Oracle EAM in Santos Australia. My responsibilities were but not limited to:• Conducting Cross discipline workshop with subject matter experts (SMEs) to finalize the business processes.• Develop functional design documents.• Coordinate with business users and external vendors to develop the effective system.• Preparation of CRP.• Developed test script for SIT.• Performed SIT and defect elimination.• Involved in unit testing.• Involved in UAT.• Provide Go Live and post Go Live support.• Interact with Oracle support on application bugs and identify solution.• Manage and trouble shoot rollout related issues.• Provides level 1 and level 2 support across the help desk for EAM.• Provide level 2 support across the help desk for Purchasing and Inventory.

My role was to provide support of procurement modules. Also, I was involved in upgrade project of Oracle EAM from R11i to R12.1.3 in National Guard Health Affairs (www.ngha.med.sa) Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities were:• Provide support to resolve issues in purchasing and inventory modules.• Coordinate with technical team in data migration into EAM module.• Testing and verification of all EAM functions and customization in upgrade environment.• Conduct training sessions with end users, supervisors and master users.• Provides post upgrade support to end users.• Coordinate with Oracle support in fixing EAM bugs and issues.

Implementation of Oracle EBS R12 in the largest defense organization of Pakistan. Delivered CRP of Oracle EAM and SCM System in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering division. Responsibilities were but not limited to:• Detail study of client business processes with respect to repair, maintenance and procurement.• Develop gap analysis document using AIM template BR-010. • Develop Future Process Model covering supply chain and asset management processes using AIM template BP-80.• Worked on solution design and setup of Inventory, Purchasing, EAM and Order Management as per the client requirements and suggested business process changes.• Design Data Templates for eAM.• Develop BR-100 template/document for Oracle EAM.• Coordinate closely with technical team in extension and personalization.• Delivered CRP as per agreed business processes.

I was involved in:• Onsite assessment to analyze the project scope of work, requirement gathering and analysis. • Developed AS-IS and TO-BE processes.• Performed business process improvements with SMEs to optimize critical processes and to adopt the best standard practices • Defining roles and implementing role based security in Infor EAM system.• Software installation, configuration and personalization.• Involved in development of custom Request for Quotation (RFQ) system and its integration with Infor EAM to cater the specific business requirements of client.• Setting up Asset, Location, Position and System in Infor EAM system. • Coordinate with technical team in migration of assets and locations.• Coordinate with development team to develop the custom requirement as per agreed functional design.• Conducting training sessions with end users, master users and supervisors.• Performed system integration testing (SIT) and involved in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Conducted CRP sessions with project core committee.• Provided go live and post go live support which includes rectifying software issues and bugs, level 1 support to the end users. • Coordinate with principal company Infor to resolve system bugs by identifying the appropriate patches. • Coordinate with DBA to apply patches in test and production environment. • Also provided support to existing customers and liaise with principal company in renewing software support and purchasing additional software licenses for the existing customers. • Assist business development team in pre-sales of EAM solutions, delivering EAM presentations and demonstrations, developed proposals for the potential customers.

My primary responsibilities were to implement and support of Infor EAM enterprise solutions at client sites which include all the phases (define, design, develop and implementation) of software. In addition, I have supported the sales team in pre-sales activities (Software demonstrations to clients, Technical Proposal development etc.). I have successfully implemented the Infor EAM MP2 system in Pepsi Cola Concentrate Plant Pakistan, Pfizer Laboratories Limited Pakistan.

I was part of the Implementation of DataStream solution MP2 in Tapal Energy Limited, Unilever Pakistan (Lipton Plant), Kohinoor Energy Limited. Primary responsibilities were to provide technical support to the implementation team. Performed software installation, configuration, customization and database backup management. Developed reports as per client requirements. In addition, involved in business requirement gathering, development of AS-IS and To-Be documents. Consulting to assist system users and other data processing staff.
