Business Support Operations- Understanding the complete cycle of E-commerce venture, To evaluate the vendors and their assortment, To identifying business opportunities, To understand how we can boost our daily orders, From product enlisting till dispatching of the order works in every department and has a very good command on it, Managing more than 60 vendors at same time, Meeting with different vendors to make their assortment live on website, Evaluating good assortment to boost our per day orders, Coordination with Technology, product enlisting, Accounts, CSR and dispatching.- Leading a team of product enlisting that defined the layout of Key Features, Description, Product Title & Category Segregation.Coordination with Vendors- Answering to vendors’ queries and resolving their issues- Keeping in touch via Emails, Calls, Whats App and SMSIncreasing Assortment- Communicating with vendors on regular basis through email, call & text to increase assortment - Arranging photo shoot if vendor cannot provide quality pictures- Ensuring that the new listed products are getting quality-checked on time; otherwise taking follow-up from the QC Team- Ensuring that the vendors fix the content of any new added product that is rejected on content/photography by the Content QC TeamStock Update- Communicating to vendors on regular basis through email, call & text for stock update to avoid order cancellation due to stock-outsCommunication- Making sure to attend all inbound calls & logging them in the system- Make outbound call In case of any missed call & logging the callSale Promotion- Keep follow up with all promotions - Get the vendors belonging to relevant categories to participate in promotions Vendor Payments- Sending invoices to vendors when the payment cycle ends- Dispatching cheques to vendors See less
