Responsible for full spectrum of procurement activities and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures of two sugar mills plant (JK Sugar Mills (Pvt) Ltd, Unit-I, Khanewal & JK Sugar Mills (Pvt) Ltd, Unit-II, Ghotki).Provide professional direction, guidance and support on procurement matters.Work with users to determine best approach to supply market.Prepare Comparative Statements, analyze and lead the procurement, including tendering & contracting, process.Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms.Compile Purchase Orders and maintain good record trail of transactions.Maintain a professional relationship with finance department for timely invoicing and payments.

Assist to Director Technical & C.O.O with providing all services for Re-Erection of Pasrur Sugar Mills Limited.Obtain quotations from relevant vendors and resources new manufacturers for erection, fabrication and modification of sugar mills plant.Issue purchase order after making of comparative statement to suitable recommended vendor with ensuring maximum discounted prices and other commercial terms & conditions.Manage all supply chain and logistic maters for dispatch of material at site.Coordination with finance department for timely invoicing & payments.

Assist Manager Procurement & Imports with providing all duties at the time of Erection of Gulf Sugar Mills Limited in 2014 and BMRE in 2016 & 2017.Make annual and seasonal budgets of all requisitions received from Mills site.Segregate all demands product wise and float inquiries in national and international markets.Research new resources to purchase standard/top quality products with best price.Get at least three quotations / proforma invoices and ensure that goods specifications are as per requirement.Make comparative statement having commercial terms and conditions after negotiation with vendor.Ensure dispatch of material at site according to our purchase order.Receive Invoices as per material arrived at site and submit to account department for payment.

Purchase all demands of Ittefaq Sugar Mills Limited independently with complete process of procurement.Obtain quotations from vendors as per demands received from factory.Consistent market visits for inspection of material.Prepare comparative statement after negotiation with vendors.Make purchase orders of approved vendor with all commercial terms & conditions.Confirm dispatch of material as per purchase order.Handle Invoices against GRNs and ensure payments from account department.

My Job responsibilities includedo Account opening and account closing.o Working on Inward and Outward Clearing.o Affixing of charges.o Handling of Cheque Books.o Draw Pay orders and Demand draft.o Reports on daily basis: Online payment, Account opening, transfer of payment.
