(1) Finance:• Maximize income where possible and appropriate.• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.• Identifying opportunities for tender proposals.• Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.• Liaising with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.• Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.• Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.• Ensuring all deadlines are met.(2) Treasury Function:• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.• Coordinate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.• Maintain Accounts Payable & preparation payment of all company’s payment transactions.• Maintain Accounts Receivable & Record Receipt of all company’s receivable transactions.• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation of all bank accounts.• Prepare monthly results and General Ledger reconciliation of all accounts.• Maintain petty cash of Head Office & supervise petty cash of all Regional offices.• Manage banking and treasury matters of the company.• Report to Deputy General Manager about the status of daily cash flow statement.(3) Tax Reporting:• Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.• Manage and maintain the company’s tax database.• Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.• Offer support and guidance during audits.• Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.• Maintain tax balances on general ledger.• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.• Reconciles financial tax discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

• Ensure timely bank payments.• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.• Provides financial information to management by researching, analyzing accounting data and preparing reports. • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.• Customer Support and Services.
