Served on The Camp Mosaic Project, a for-the-youth by-the-youth 6-day summer camp for American Ismaili students to explore their complex identities and understand the implementation of Islamic and universal values and ethics in everyday life.The Camp Mosaic Project has 900 local and national volunteers serving 1,600-2,000 students nationwide.

- Led strategy development by analyzing organizational context and strategic environment, leading to internal alignment across organizational work processes to guide client’s pathway towards optimal impact.- Collaborated closely with clients to translate strategy into objectives, implementation plan, and outcomes to measure mission achievement.- Managed the development and execution of a Monitoring & Evaluation tool to assess strategy implementation by facilitating 30+ client sessions to solicit stakeholder feedback, which led to full-organization buy-in of tool utilization.- Facilitated 50+ weekly check-ins with 6 clients to build strong working relationships by acting on feedback and providing precise solutions.- Spearheaded 20+ retreats and multi-stakeholder meetings to facilitate discussions, answer key questions, and reach consensus to drive client action.

- Managed 6 projects (up to 4 simultaneously) by independently learning to use a project management software to deliver project components in a timely and high-quality manner resulting in positive client experience.- Designed and synthesized 6+ surveys to gain stakeholder insights on the organizations' current state to deliver an assessment report on client strategy.- Developed a standardized client interview process including discussion guides and analytical reports for Boost to present clients’ strategic direction. - Conducted market research and financial modeling to develop go-to-market strategies and business plans to support organizations to make internal decisions.

- Ignited GAMVP’s movement to register 1000+ constituents and reach 100,000+ voters for the 2020 U.S. Presidential election- Laid groundwork to revamp GAMVP’s teams and tools to register new constituents in a 30 day period to vote in Georgia’s 2020 congressional Senate run-off. - Expanded organizational reach from 5 to 9 cities, resulting in higher voter registration and turnout for constituents in new areas.- Managed 8 Board of Directors to enhance organization operations by creating an operating plan and reporting bi-monthly financials.- Collaborated with 10+ partner organizations to effectively create voter initiatives that increased the number of voters across the state of Georgia - Nominee and honoree of the Muslims Making Change award for Civil Society that recognizes individuals that create community change and impact.
