The main responsibility of this role is to supervise others either as a team or on an individual basis in the maintenance and repair all Hard FM assets which are the responsibility of the G4S FM team.an environment which facilitates the delivery of high quality services through dynamic leadership, good staff communications, staff development, direction and technical guidance.To prepare workloads and to delegate duties to staff to ensure a continuous and reasonable workload for technical/supervisory, skilled, semi-skilled and contractors personnel.To provide appropriate technical assistance and instruction or guidance to ensure that the maintenance staff understand and are able to use tools, equipment and information systems provided.To oversee and/or operate planned maintenance procedures for assets etc, effectively and safely.To deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and damage to assets as required and by out of hours response where necessary.To provide guidance to hard FM staff on matters within their range of qualifications, training and experience.Main duties include; Maintenance inspection and repairs to various types of systems and services throughout the site, e.g. heating, water, ventilation, electrical, mechanical and securityDiagnosing faults on all M & E support systems and rectifying where within levels of competence and escalate if specialist support is required.Following detailed drawings, guidance, and operational maintenance manuals in order to carry out all planned maintenance, routine inspections and repairs.Development of maintenance routines and procedures and preparing and maintaining relevant technical records. Working with other maintenance staff to develop multi-skilling and cover all levels and aspects of maintenance activities on a team work basisHealth and SafetyTo ensure all Health, Safety & Environmental rules are complied withTo develop a Safety focused culture.

Managed Shift Rota.Managed 20 Engineers 365 days 24 hour operation.Precision Air conditioning Data Center.Get approved HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from Project Engineer.Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes, fittings, accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installationEnsure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installationCoordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC ActivitiesArrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter, Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc.., and ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at siteProvide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and inform them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and arrange required material to avoid progress delay.Prior to start HVAC activities notify to QC Personal for surveillance to ensure the quality workTo maintain safe all construction HVAC and Chilled water piping activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures; ensure that appropriate safety and protective equipment is used by Company & Contractor staff
