Job Objective: • Proper costing of all services provided to the tenants.• Preparation of budgets and variance analysis.• Preparation of monthly cost accounts for management review. • Preparation of monthly financial statement.Responsibilities• Reporting of monthly “Management Accounts”• Coordination with other departments and collect the relevant data from operations, Facility Management and HR/AdminAnd maintain a complete information base of all the financial and non-financial figure to provide timely and relevantInformation to the management.• Compilation of Budgets.• Comparing Actual vs. Budget and providing explanation on gaps.• Recording of provision in the books at each month end.• Review of purchase request and analysis to ensure the expense is budgeted and would not affect the cost of the center.
