I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Gujrat, and I am currently working as a Program officer at Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), a public sector organization that provides IT solutions and services to the government and citizens of Punjab, Pakistan. My core competencies include health informatics, ERP modules, and databases.As a Products Specialist, I lead and participate in implementing large clinical process change initiatives across the clinical setting in various government hospitals in Punjab, using advanced application system analysis and design, application support and troubleshooting, and unit reporting and analytics. I also serve as a primary liaison and resource for the hospital staff, the PITB team, and the external vendors. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery and management through innovative IT solutions.
