Monitor performance of Maersk Line Vessels & keep records of bonus / penalty figures on daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis. Adjusting Proforma Windows of Shipping Lines for each service by considering resource availability. Arrange weekly meetings with MSK line & negotiate to decrease penalties & increase bonus amounts. Generating and analyzing reports of low performed vessels of different shipping lines and finding root cause of delays. Writing SOP’s and IOC’s for terminal operations enhancement. Designing processes and implementing productivity improvement projects. Evaluating resources allocations, Crane and stowage plans prior to arrival of vessels and monitoring operation by coordination with multiple departments and customers.

Ensure all the Equipment’s are in good condition. Brief knowledge of all the equipment’s how to use and where to use in port. To be present in any unexpected condition (accident etc.) and break bulk operation to handle the situation and solving problem. Counsel shift manager during feasibility study of break bulk cargo handling in terminal based on fleet and gears availability. Supports organization on the annual validation of ISO certification, guaranteeing implementation of improvement plans for identified non-compliance processes and working with different levels in the organization to disseminate the Quality System Culture.

Quick decision making and problem solving while vessel operation to increase productivity and reduce delays. Utilize the man power efficiently &effectively Communicate with supervisor, planer, dispatcher & tally clerk though VHF. To ensure that during vessel operation anything load or discharge is in good condition otherwise inform to related person.
