Key Responsibilities:• Manage the team of accounting department• Analysis of monthly financial statements & present reports to the senior management• Perform budget forecasts and consistently work on costs reductions• Prepare materials for tax preparers• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals and providing ongoing trainingsKey Responsibilities – Payroll Management:• Overseeing and directing payroll procedures• Ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations• Supervising the payroll team• Maintaining accurate payroll records

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate books of accounts of client companies• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, biannual & annual financial statements• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations of multiple bank accounts• Preparation & filing of documents for tax compliances• Payroll preparation of client companies
