Current• As a Development Lead, working closely with Product owner to understand business requirements and helptranslate these into technical requirements for the development team.• Lead team of 8+ software engineers handling end-to-end software development life cycle.• Managing daily team activities to ensure the team in line with all activities and task prioritization.• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards.• Participating in code reviews to ensure that code written by other team members meets the project's codingstandards.• I’m also involves writing code and implementing solutions based on the specifications and requirements of theproject.• Collaborating with other teams, such as quality assurance, user experience, and operations, to ensure that the software meets the project goals and requirements.
