I have over 15 years of experience in the energy, convenience retailing, e-mobility, and lubricants business, leading technology, customer experience (CX), loyalty, sales performance management, network design and development, and innovation programs.I am passionate about creating seamless and delightful customer journeys across channels and platforms, using agile methodologies, user experience design, and customer insights. I am a certified CX professional and a co-author of a book on CX, recognized for its thought leadership. I am also a leader of large cross-functional and virtual teams, having worked with both executive leadership and front-line teams, to deliver bottom-line results.
