Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions of GE Gas and Cummins Diesel Gen-sets and related products. Employing a rigid maintenance program for managing industrial equipment/machinery deployment/utilization, thereby ensuring responsive mobilization and dependable after sales service. Liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and troubleshooting critical installation problems based on inputs, in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Conducting diagnostic inspections, failure analysis and providing rectification methodologies as well as periodical preventive maintenance checks and follow ups to determine need for requisite repairs. Preparing and submitting comprehensive technical reports directly to client’s representative with recommendations for improvements to ensure safe/efficient operation and prevent costly breakdown. Enhancing operational efficiency and associated KPIs in all designations through increased operational efficiency and streamlining processes, submitting periodic reports to the senior management. Directing and monitoring overall activities of the staff under purview, handling all aspects of their training and conducting periodic performance reviews to maintain a motivated team.
