Fleet Supervisor of Vehicles (Responsibilities)• Managing drivers and vehicles record & input data in appropriate system• Directly working under the Manager Operations for day to day operational activities.• Determined the most cost-effective procedures and routes for shipments.• Priorities order security, accuracy, and on-time pickup and delivery.• E-mail suppliers, carriers, and customers with shipping updates.• Collecting, analyzing, and classifying secure and unsecure information and data to provide meaningful reports to higher management.• Internal controls to monitor critical areas of financial control and devised corrective actions addressing risks and deficiencies.Tracking of Vehicles (TELTONIKA) (Responsibilities) • To make sure the tracking log book is kept up to date and that all reports are saved in the computer system in folders organized by month.• To make sure that the manager sees and signs the handling over/taking over log book each day and that no unapproved points from the old shift are transferred to the new shift for completion.• To be in charge of keeping accurate records of all reports in his computer system and tracking log book.• To ensure that matters that are unresolved or ongoing are forwarded to his or her substitute (incoming and outgoing mail).• For communication with transport personnel to be avoided, it should go through the fleet operations manager.• To guarantee accurate tracking of loaded trucks all the way to their designated location.• To ensure that any unlawful or questionable activity is reported Trip Management in Oracle Database (Responsibilities) • Control Bilty & POD’s• Trip Settlement (Fuel Average, Toll Cost, Driver Exp. and others Running Exp)• Analysis of Trip casual expenses• Control outstanding of filling stations• Monthly statement of vehicles Trip Expenses• Control Petty Cash including Drivers trip advance & others expenses• Perform other office management duties as per required.

COST CONTROLLER (EXPENSES OF VEHICLES) (Responsibilities) • Manages warehouse and transportation workers and oversees the actions of subordinates in the warehouse and shipping department.• Maintaining inventory while adhering to financial objectives and restrictions, developing and maintaining data, and following safety regulations and DOT standards• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal departmental FOR workers, including current and future shipment carriers and couriers. Manage and monitor driver payroll.• The preparation of all required paperwork and the coordination of all required activities to package and ship materials and products in order to meet customer requirements are the responsibility of the person in charge.
