Co-founder of the organisation and responsible for managing a Team of 25 people comprising of Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and Test Engineers. Over the span of my thirteen years of employment I have successfully delivered on more than 150 projects/ implementations, including a number of projects for clients located in UAE, Canada, US and UK. I have taken responsibility for a number of tasks including;- Assisting the Business Development Team with technical pre-sales analysis and project costing- Assisting the Finance Team with budgeting, cost tracking, and cost analysis- Overseeing project management activities and project teams- Overseeing all system design and changes in system architecture- Managing all support related activities- Acting as the Solution Architect for major projects and product development- Experimenting with new technologies and tools- Implementing and running monthly team meetings, known as “Accelerate”, to discuss innovative ideas and learn new technologies- Maintaining current knowledge of technology landscape and developments - Managing an outsourced team of 15 staff for a US based client.- Transitioning the organization from Waterfall Project Management practices to Agile Project Management.- Designing and implementing the organization’s Release Management and Project Management Policies.- Developing and implementing a decision-making framework for mid-level managers to encourage empowerment.

Engaged as a Senior Software Engineering and responsible for managing and leading a team of three Software Developers; supporting them through providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities. In addition, I was tasked with the below duites:- Liaising and conferring with users; offering technological support- Developing software solutions by studying information needs including systems flow, data usage, and work processes- Investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle- Demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments - Preparing and installing solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming- Improving operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures- Supporting and developing software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunitiesDuring my on year of employment with the company, I successfully delivered three separate projects and was awarded Employee of the Month.

As Managing Partner I was responsible for managing the distribution of health care goods and perfumes to retailers and wholesalers across different parts of the city. My duties included;- Dispatching all goods and managing the team of sales booking staff- Overseeing the inventory management within the warehouse- Reporting of sales and inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis- Resolving supply chain bottlenecks and meeting urgent product requests from retailers- Implementing software applications to record inventory and sales with real-time reportingThroughout my time here I successfully increased distribution coverage from 50% of the city to 70% and resolved bottlenecks in distribution by defining out planned routes for sales persons and delivery vehicles.
