I am managing Voice based Entreprises solution at Warid Telecom.below mention few tasks have accomplished..• Implementation of Cisco UCCE version 8.X at Warid South region • Implementation of in-house eFax server • Upgrade Warid Cisco based IPT Voice cluster upgrade • Planning and deployment of Trend-Micro Enterprise antivirus on critical servers.• Development and streamlining of SOPs for daily and critical operations.• Review of Project Plans and development of action plans for planned activity

During this period myself work and accomplished below mention projects. • Deployment of SRST on Warid IP Telephony south region sites enabling remote IP-voice failover.• Managing unified connection administration configures users, call processing, system setting etc.• Managing unified operating system such as set of parameter for IP, NTP, protocol, changes of version, access security setting, and upgrade software etc.• Expansion of IPCC MCS servers and VXML gateway • Planning of testing for Out of band link for Karachi and Lahore IPCC sites.• Successful migration of Call Manager 4.3.1 to UCM 6.1.3.• Definition of SOP for daily routine tasks

During this time I was work for IVR and CRM design/Implementation for stock exchange trade company and built infrasturcture for Contact Center and O&M.as well• Configuration database application for online stock market (Windows server, MS-SQL server).• Developed Complain Tracking application of AKD Trade.• Looking online stock market application and configuration process • Designed and Implemented AKD Trade application. • Helped in implementation of PIX firewall, Active Directory, ISA configuration, Exchange server, implementation of Domain policy and MS SQL server (database recovery).• Applications Problem diagnoses and trouble shooting • Managing Call Recording application plus reporting • Disaster Recovery planning for database • Data backup planning • Deliberate Technology and Business Initiative • Coordination with IT HEAD for upgrading and feasibility study for future needs and requirements regarding Hardware, Software & Network into running environment in Call Centre • Distribution of information/news/technical literature, received from Principals to the Branches and concerned departments.• Planning for the additional needs and growth of network components.
