• Analyze the YTD (Year to date) last month to YTD current month and forecast last month to forecast current month data to identify the deviation of YTD PPC ad forecast PPC savings.• Analyze reports based on invoices booked and make sure that the bookings are corrected in the system if they have been wrongly booked.• Handling analytical requirements related to spend analysis and do a deep dive analysis on commodity, sub-commodity, part and supplier level analysis.• Interact with AP teams to get credit notes and correct the invoices.• Work with cross functional teams such as accounts payable, material master data, onshore wind power/offshore wind power teams to ensure the data is accurate.• Support the onshore wind power and offshore wind power teams in reviewing and updating the system.• Create product costing to see the variance on factory price vs the forecast, actual price and year to date price deviation and provide the insights to the customers.• Prepare the budget to forecast analysis and review the same with the customer to see the progress.• Prepare CNI (Contribution to net income) file on monthly basis to capture the savings on internal tool.• Work on short term projects and generate savings to the customers.

• Process Purchase Requisitions for Indirect materials and services on any of the purchasing systems (SAP, OneSRM, I-Buy/Legacy Oracle, other ERP systems).• Adhere to Sourcing guidelines & various sub-processes as laid down for processing Purchase Requisitions.• Support Requisitioners/Requestors/End users as the First Point of Contact for resolution of all Process Queries/ Issues.• Support Commodity Managers/Global Commodity Team Leads on sourcing projects, PO Automation, Vendor Rationalization and new vendor setups/maintenance.• Identify opportunities to negotiate with the suppliers for achieving Productivity Savings and Working Capital improvements goals determined by the businesses.• Conduct RFxs, auctions and Review Bids. Use agreed standard framework or tender documents for short listed suppliers as appropriate. • Issue RFx (Request for Information/Proposal/Quotation) documents to short listed suppliers, collect and Analyze responses and populate decision matrix to allow supplier selection.• Provide analytical support to sourcing team: To run detailed analytics on sourcing projects as required.• Contract Management – Negotiation with Suppliers on payment Terms (Subject to CM approval), Walking through with the supplier on NDA and Set up the supplier in SAP and upload in the ERP.• Work with multiple organizational agencies to address & resolve supplier invoices on payment holds by prioritizing on aged holds and high value invoices.• Determine root cause analysis for specific issues.
