Main responsibilities include analyzing KPIs for portfolios using various data sets by collecting, validating, manipulating, cleaning, and analyzing raw tabular data for all the major functions. Worked at Idemia Pvt Ltd in the Human Resource - Reporting & Analytics . Main responsibilities included preparing dashboards for HR on a global level. This included creating reports on actual joiners and separated employees on a monthly basis, as well as analyzing leaving reasons also automated existing HR reports, such as attrition, headcount, new joiners, and average CTC, and prepared month or year wise comparisons. In addition, were involved in the learning management system (LMS) and created an interactive dashboard with different cuts like average hours, total hours, and month/year wise comparisons on a single platform. It had helped provide insights into the company's HR and LMS functions, and helped drive informed decision-making.
