CurrentFounded the business in November 1997 providing research and consulting services to commercial and government clients in analysis of industrial products and simulation of manufacturing processes. Responsible for all administrative functions including business development; compliance with federal, state and local regulations; legal agreements with clients and business partners; various certifications; financial and other issues. Principal Investigator on a NASA funded SBIR project related to finite element simulation of electron beam freeform fabrication process (additive manufacturing); unpublished proprietary work. Other projects included the development of new software for simulation of heat treatment on a STTR project funded by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, elevated temperature racheting finite element analysis of a complex structure used in production of glass fibers for composites, heat treat simulation of an aircraft engine impeller, and the application of ASME codes to nuclear fuel for Atomic Energy Canada Ltd. Managed work of MCT employees, independent laboratories and university professors (as subcontractors and consultant).
