I have total experience of about twenty years during which I have got varied exposure in Academic Program design, Program management, Teaching, Training & Development, Management consulting & Research, Writing Research articles & papers in the area of ICT & management related themes.I have also been involved in the institution building activities in educational institutions since last over seventeen years in different forms. I have been actively involved in academic program design, program implementation, collaborating with external institutions, creating academic policies, student policies, technology systems and various roles in academic administrative functions.Over the years, I have been involved in research in many verticals as education industry, government, banking, non-profit sector organizations. I have undertaken projects related to ICT based systems, capacity building in IT and e-governance for the government departments. I have also handled large scale training program for the government. I have in recent past been working & doing research in an inter-disciplinary departmental environment during which I have applied Information &Communication Technology (ICT) in different disciplines, which has high potential in near future. I enjoy travelling, trekking and understanding different cultures.
