Design and execute the projects using technology and various material combinations. Ensures the product conforms to customer requirement. Support the Operation Team to successfully deliver the Solution during the Mass production stage of Project. Design, Coordinate, and obtain all necessary raw materials and tooling requirement for the Project. Meets scheduled ship dates for customer orders. Product code creation and preparing BOM using SAP. Ink Mixing technique for various products. Work closely with the sales team to obtain maximum Market Share for the Projects with Customers (Customers to consider Brady as one stop for all their Product requirements). To anticipate the Changing needs of the Customers and adjust the differentiated Solutions as per the Customer needs. Coordinate with Supply chain, Customer Support, Production, Quality, and Technical Specialist to deliver quotations, Sample, trial run and first order deliveries to Customer as per Project Plan.
