Lead implementation of TATA MPOWERED Program in Jharkhand to Scale Trickle Up’s to graduating vulnerable population out of ultra-poverty. Manage the successful execution of MPOWERED Scaleup Program in compliance with requirements, regulations and good practices. Enterprise development for the SHGs community. Supervise Block coordinators along with field team of MPowered Scaleup implementing partners. Facilitation monitoring and evaluation systems and provide necessary information of MPowered Scaleup Program. Contributing to the preparation of Detail Implementation Plan and Budget of MPowered Scaleup. Provide support to in UPRP Program for PVTGs community. Implement and lead the capacity- building of field teams, Smart Sakhi NGO Partners etc and ensure quality of training. Undertaking field level visits to monitor the work done under the project and strategize the possible solutions of the problems prevailing in the field. Coordination with District, Block and government bodies/authorities to ensure their cooperation and convergence with program activities. Identify local resources that can support/ complement TUIF’s presence in the MPowered Scale up Program. Responsible to support the rolling out of the leaning initiatives in the assigned states agreed in the MPowerd Scaleup Program.

Responsible of implementation of skills training and Entrepreneurship development (Vocational and Business Skills Training) of the project beneficiaries age group (14-24 years) in 17 districts of Jharkhand. Contributing in the preparation of Project Design at the districts, block, cluster and village level implementation on the basis of Project concept. Developed Skills training implementation Guidelines, Branding Manuals and Standard Cost Norms to guide project implementation. Contributing in strengthening the capacity building of districts, block and NGO’s and panchayat level units as master trainers. Faciliate value chain of finished products, branding and forward linkage into the market. Facilitate service provider for customizing existing course curriculum and develop its usable teaching and learning material (TLM) on sector specified technical skills and entrepreneurship skills training related courses. Liaising with World Bank team, line departments, DSWO’s, CDPO’s and other government officials & Govt. societies like JSLPS, JSDSMs. Undertaking field level visits to monitor the work done under the project and also strategize the possible solutions of the problems prevailing in the field with district unit and Training Service Provider. Support and preparation of an annual budget for the programs and then monitoring the programs to ensure that the budget is not exceeded. Verifications, processing of all bills & invoices of skills training and expenses of 17 Project districts. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports & capacitates program teams in Project Cycle Management.

To overall Planning of Business activities of the vertical in FPC, including assessing demands for agriculture inputs and outputs for marketing. To provide market support to farmer for forward linkage for various item of Producer group. To identifying Agri inputs companies interested in partnering with the FPC for selling their products or training related to their farming. Identifying output marketing partners organized retailers, aggregators, agents, commission agent in different market for ensuring marketing of output produce by the Producer Group. Fixing business target for quarterly wise and plan according to them. Developing business plan and budgeting for upcoming season. Liasoning with Govt department’s officials for availing financial grants, subsidies and other support for FPC. Timely conduct training regarding farming or before any crop season. So that they will plan accordingly to district. Ensure collection of share capital and distribution of share certificate to them. Monitor proper implementation all procurement activity, quality control logistic and documentation for FPC. To provide overall support to farmer of Khunti district. To provide overall Enterprise support in the state for the SOULS project, not limited to solar lamp. Coordinating with project implementation partner and block execution agency for the implementation of activities under enterprises phase in SOULS Project. Planning & executing enterprise activities in coordination with IIT B for delivery of the project in target area. Conducting several activities (surveys, group discussions, secondary data collection & analysis of the data etc.) to assess the demand of solar product in the rural market. Make a plan for sustainable solar enterprise shop and branding, promotion of enterprise community with in state. Marketing research for various solar product demand and supply chain in the state or Souls project. Liaising with financial institution/ banks for solar enterprise in block/District. Conducting training in order to deliver intermediate/advanced capacity building program organized under Souls project. Assisting and support potential entrepreneurs in establishing linkage with appropriate institutions, potential supplier of solar products and micro credit enterprises. Maintain data base of all project beneficiaries enrolled in enterprises activity in Souls project and follow up with field staff or agency.

Support in execution of capacity building plans for the project staff and community members on skills training, livelihood development & facilitate workshops. Implementation, planning and monitoring (compliances reports and updates to the organization) as per the project guideline. Escalating promptly any issues that may impact operations in the field. Promotion of Entrepreneurship development of target group by facilitating bank linkages and handholding support. Lioasing and networking with various stake holders (attending district level meetings, villages meetings, troubleshooting when there are points of conflict with management and community. Responsible for coordinating skills training & livelihood generating program. Support to the MIS team in the development of skills training module like batch formation, batch freezing and payment method. Analyzed document and made presentation on the progress, impact, challenges and action taken during project implementation.
