working as a Assistant manager housekeeping in a pre opening hotel and it was a great exposure to my carrier as i was the lead 2 in the housekeeping department so there were many challenges for me which enhanced my knowledge to further level. i was responsible for handling the training of new team member and industrial trainee,Snagging and de-snagging of rooms, guest corridors anf public area,training people about chemical,machines and carpet shampooing,co -ordination with contract people like glass cleaner,marble polisher,pest control,housekeeping contract staff, garden venders and glass cleaner. assisting my manager in making of monthly reports and MIS for the month,i have completed my "TRAIN THE TRAINER" programme at lemon tree hotel.presently responsible for day to day operations of housekeeping . im also organising SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN with the target of 100 hours in a month for the community and social welfare.

I was responsible for handling of guest floors and taking care of public area, majorly interacting with all the guest and improving the guest satisfaction score, action plan to improve the score, assisting my managers in linen and minibar inventory.also assist them in store handling for day to day operations.

I Worked as a pre-opening team member with ISTA HOTEL,i got opportunity for learning snagging and re- snagging of Rooms and Public area,learned rooms set up,learned day to day laundry operations, operating of laundry machines and also knowlegde of dry cleaning,handling all types of housekeeping machines and different chemicals.co-ordination with different departments for the smooth functioning of day to day operations, handling of duty roaster and planning leave for all staff.ISTA HOTEL was than taken over by HYATT HOTEL and it was totally a new exposure for me in an internation brand.i started handling a team of 15 people and daily looking their designated work and maintain the record.

it was my initial stage where i learned about housekeeping operations,using of machines and chemicals ,and how to handle guest floor and public area.
