Communication with Cairn India/ONGC Helicopters for Laxmi Oil Field, communication with production platforms/Drilling Rig in Field, PSV, DP Vessels, Accommodation Barge, preparation of helicopter manifest, providing safety briefing to all offshore crew with Flight Plan for chopper, Obtaining FIC & ADC before Tkoff of chopper, preparation of POB, handling communication in CTU & Drilling campaign in Field. Focal point in offshore/onshore during emergency and Drills. Updating EMT Rota every week, Maintaining Radio equipment's, Maintaining Radio license record, maintaining Marine & Air activity record in various formats for fuel cons. / flying hours. Preparing monthly logistic report to I.M. Air & Marine logistic planning with the senior personnel for next day Air & Marine operation for offshore with effective coast control, done offshore safety duties as per company procedure.

Communications with helicopters, vessels and controlling stations of oil field, , keeping radio watch for any emergencies, doing general administrative work like maintaining personnel on board, room allocations, arranging crew change by helicopter, making Helicopter manifest, attending emergency drills, participating actively in writing stopcards as well as entering all the stop cards in the computer, testing radios, keeping all radio certificates and licenses updated, maintaining inventory of radios fixed / hand held and any other work given by the supervisors.
