I am a Textile Engineer holding a Bechelor of Textiles (B.Text.) year 1986, from a renowned Textile Institute namely Government CentralTextile Institute, Kanpur of India in Textile Chemistry. I have worked in India's top grade Textile companies like Vardhman Group, Trident Group,Welspun Group, Sel Manufacturing Group and Aarti International group in various product manufacturing like Sewing Thread, Terry Towel, Gassed Mercerised Yarn, Bath Rugs, etc. I have sound knowledge of manufacturing of these product which includes all kind of yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing, bath rugs Tufting, rubber coating,weaving and weaving prepratory,cutting stitching and packing etc, From last 15 years i have headed the full operations of  various composite big units (Production@ 50 Tons per day)of Terry Towel production as a Plant Head looking after all the aspects of manufacturing right from raw material to finish,production planning cut stich packing,quality, R&D and other supporting departments. Previously worked as a President for a Green Field project of Knit fabric processing plant involving, Knitting, Dyeing and printing.Presently i am looking for a change in a Textile related job, it may be related to - 1. Project head of a textile manufacturing unit, including selection of productslike Terry Towel, Knit Fabric, Yarn Dyeing or Fibre dyeing etc.Machine capacity calculations, Layout finalisation, selection of technology, Machinery finalisation, Utility consumption calculations, technical know how of Zero liquid discharge plants ,Manpower deployment, Providing best brains from the industry to execute the production.2. Position for the manufacturing head in a textile composite unit3. Paid consultancy in fields of textile manufacturing operations.4. Special expertise in the dyeing/ processining of large scale production in the field of Yarn, fabric and Bathrugs to acheieve very high RFT and lower cost.I am ready to relocate to any destination in or outside India.
