Helped setup the development team in Bengaluru, India and led the building of the platform from ground-up on the Azure cloud platform. Also helped lead multiple partnership discussions with Insurance-tech, Telematics firms to provide a first-in Industry insurance/telematics offering for the fleet owners. Responsible for payment processing setup, automation and reconciliation of all payments/refunds across multiple channels. Additional responsibilities include setting up of Azure cloud services and identity verification via Persona/Firebase/IDScan.net.We are deploying the industry first embedded episodic insurance that is 100% frictionless for the short term rental industry and includes Agencies/BGA's and MGA's offering these products to Drivers directly and providing policy admin/risk rating/claims and TPA tools offering for our Hosts

Provide visionary leadership for GM’s Sales and Marketing Organization in building and deploying global solutions for Leads/Marketing Campaigns and industry-first Loyalty program. Led a diverse team of Leaders/Managers (Org size of 275 with 15+ Managers/Sr Managers reporting to me) and their development teams with heavy emphasis on system simplification, cost reduction, Accelerating IT-Systems development, security, and code quality. Worked across various cross-functional teams with IT/Digital Transformation teams/Product Management and Sr leaders at GM in implementing innovative and technologically advanced solutions to customers and the dealer network across the globe. Key Accomplishments:• Led the design/development and deployment of the industry first Loyalty program for GM which pays off richly for GM with Loyalty lifts of 2% in repeat sales (each 1% contributes $800M to GM’s top-line)• Developed a POC for GM’s CPQ (configure/price/quote) that will replace 8 legacy systems, eliminate 2+million errors in configuration and save GM’s upwards of $50M.• Led development efforts for GM’s Credit Card offering on the Loyalty platform by interfacing with Goldman Sachs’ Marcus program resulting the Loyalty program adding an additional 2.7M members resulting in additional revenue of $500M/year• Grew the Arizona Innovation Center from 200 employees to 950 employees in a 2-year period through innovative College-Hire programs at Arizona State University, Arizona University, BYU and UCLA/USC• Led the deployment of a private cloud-based Lead/Campaign Management system to 72 markets saving GM $21 million/year. By utilizing an AI/ML based solution, the Lead/Campaign Management system was able to increase conversion of Sales and Service Leads from 2.5% to almost 9% (‘Propensity to buy’ was the key AI/ML based variable)• Recognized and awarded the ‘One to Watch’ by the CIO council. Nominated for this award by my business partners.

Brought into LPL through a targeted-recruiting effort by the CIO of LPL, I led the development and deployment of LPL’s next generation Advisory Platform (Account View) that previously was 3+ years late and had numerous quality issues. Subsequently, worked across the organization in developing and deploying strategic initiatives including statements for customers and book-of-business tools for advisors.Key Accomplishments:• Restructured 75+ person team to leaner and more accountable team leading to better morale, better productivity, and ability to deliver/execute on the previously delayed Account View program.• Nominated as ‘Leader to watch in 2014’ by LPL’s CIO at CIO Executive Council based on leadership and collaboration on the Account View program.• Created team to deliver LPL’s Customer-facing Mobile app in short four-month span using existing technology frameworks

Lead the NFP Application development teams in providing creative solutions for the Securities, Insurance and Benefits verticals. The solutions that my teams are building are helping NFP with retaining existing agents/reps and recruiting new reps and agents. Also responsible for creating the Application Development road-map - including building out the Integrated Data Mart and the Advisor desktop solution that provides the 'day-in-the-life' technology solution for independent Advisors. The Advisor Complete platform provides producers in the independent BD/independent RIA space the account establishment, data aggregation from different custodians and carriers, compliance needs, compensation calculation and reporting needs as well as document storage/client letter generation capabilities. All of the above functionality is backed by a best-in-class integrated data mart.Also responsible for solution architecting a large Retirement Planning portal for a NFP-owned firm. Plan sponsors now have the capability via an industry leading technology platform to conduct detailed Investment reviews for their clients, perform client due-diligence and detailed benchmarking for their clients as well as conduct an all-electronic proposal generation based on input from the incumbent carrier and other carriers that are bidding on the proposal. The system allows scoring of funds from more than 50 vendors (almost all mutual funds in North America) along with Open Architecture funds. This system was built and released in Sept 2012 and is revolutionizing the Retirement planning space.I've also led my team in building an architecture for integrating the client holdings from various business units at NFP. These include Insurance holding, Benefits and Securities.
