Responsible for the development of Polyurethane, acrylic, silicone sealant. Also developed 2-part PU and Epoxy adhesives and potting compounds.Developed skills in formulating PU, acrylic and silicone sealant. Involved in all aspects of process, engineering, quality control and customer evaluation of new and existing products.Utilizes DOE techniques to solve technical problems quickly

Responsible for polymer design, formulating and compounding of one and two component polyurethane, polysulphide, silicone, acrylic adhesives.

Involved in quality testing, online color matching, process and manufacturing optimization of producing flame retardant fibers and regular fibers for the fabric industry.Learned all aspects of ISO 9001 standards, quality assurance practices and process development.

One year industrial training as part of the Bachelor of Applied Chemistry program.Assisted project leader in developing Carbonless copy paper emulsion by encapsulating the ink in a polymer matrix.Ran both the Laboratory experiments and pilot plant facilities for encapsulation process. Also assisted in identifying production process problems.
