Involving in new projects and working in a team.Daily monitoring of vendors and process rejection & review with concerned departments.Maintain all Documents & Create data sheet as per IATF Requirement.Lay out inspection of the engine as per plan.Line process audit.Review and analysis engine testing rejection. Preparing the Inspection check-sheet for new parts / projects.Work as part of CFT for PFMEA review & revision of CP accordingly.Responsible for continual monitoring the control bar charts & act accordingly.
