• Understand the scope of the project by participating in SAS readout session• Handling 15 Members team from onshore and offshore• Presenting weekly demo to the client.• Maintaining and reporting project matrix• Conducting kickoff meeting in-order to align the testing team to understand the project landscape• Conduct meetings with business / stakeholders in-order to be inline with any scope update• Attending the core team meeting and to provide update on testing progress• Managing E2E test cycle from ST, SIT, UAT,Regression till Production Go/ No-Go activities• Tracking the KPI's• Work on the Quality Effectiveness and Efficiency improvement parameters• Preparing Project Test Strategy by defining the Levels and Types of Testing, Areas Responsible for testing Defect Management Process, etc.• Preparing Work Breakdown Structure, QA Test Strategy, QA Testing Project Plan, and Resource Planning.• Working closely with Global Delivery Test team members in critical defects and cross­ functional team members on defect resolution.• Ensure that the incident management process is followed and that incident and problem records accurately reflect actions taken to restore service; and that changes to Configuration Items are recorded• Work as part of the Incident Management team to ensure that the performance of the team achieves the defined performance targets and KPIs• Participating in the Daily Scrum Meeting project meeting and providing QA status by highlighting risks, and delays.• Facilitating Defect Triage meeting and informing Senior Management of Risks / Issues discovered while testing.• Providing complete suggestion to Automation Team for the Automation framework and Automation Tools.
