⇨ Provide leadership in the operation management to achieve targets (Quality, Schedule and productivity) of publishing and prepress business unit. Set the operational targets, and implement the plans in conjunction with the Sales/operations team.⇨ Leading the BU to achieve quality and process with complete ownership of CSAT, Overruns, manpower utilization & Process Framework. Drive goal-line achievement, continuous improvement in all parameters. ⇨ Drives new process definitions, automation, tools initiatives and enhancements to existing process, systems with all the stakeholders, viz. vendors, suppliers, free lancers etc. ⇨ Handles all centralized processes pertaining to quality and productivity as operational, number impact of process performance or non-performance. ⇨ Liaisons with delivery managers, team leaders and project managers, practices by new initiatives and compliance. Interface with project teams to appreciate the processes effectiveness and scope for enhancements.⇨ Project liaison, customer interaction, trafficking and prioritizing, planning inventory on daily, weekly and monthly basis. ⇨ Responsible for devising marketing strategies for domestic publishing, printing and advertising markets.⇨ Owns the data management and metrics with process controls and audits with necessary publishing, analysis, management presentations etc. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data related to projects, people etc. Contribute to sales bids for the quality / process/ productivity part.⇨ Drives the quality and process awareness, trainings through various presentations, trainings, communications and mentoring.

Acted as crucial interface between customer and operations team by excellent communication, attending customer calls, acted as single point of contact and second level of escalation to deal with customer feedbacks. Supporting Sales Directors and Country head, on provide onsite sales support and project management functions with extending SLA for UK’s publishers to strengthen the strategic partnership; expand market and onsite presence in UK and European region. Active participation with Sales Directors and Country Head, in providing a complete sales and marketing strategy rational for market expansion in UK and Europe. Managing and co-coordinating the successful transaction of some of the business functions, which were outsourced by UK publishers (Cambridge University Press, Wiley-Blackwell, Taylor and Francies, Portland Press, Royal Society of Chemistry) to various production vendors in India (Aptara Delhi, Pune and SRNova, Bangalore). Dealing and managing projects with internal and external customers, various stake holders department involved in through out the publishing KPO/BPO value-chain. Maintaining and logging MIS daily in/outs, report generation for customer/operational/Internal project tracking/ management purposes. Process of selection, supervision, quality inspection, evaluation of vendors.Significant Highlights⇨Successfully managed the transition of project management functions in UK and optimizing throughput and efficiency minimizing waste and ensuring customer expectations for quality and delivery are achieved and production schedules are met.⇨Efficiently maintained the schedule, quality and targets, process implementation, daily handling offshore customers, billing, new jobs ramp-up, capacity and resource planning, provide management reports to management weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
