Sr. Engineer Production
Current• Responsible for the overall production activities, interaction with PPC and Stores, to check the availability of raw material, Material accountability and Scrap control for SMT/ PCB Assembly, Mechanical Assembly and Fabrication.• Ensures Process parameters are within the acceptable tolerances as per IPC-610D Standards.• Provide Technical assistance and guidance for procurement of production tooling, including stencils, and product specific fixtures and jigs.• Determination of the necessary steps to achieve optimum machine and process efficiency and minimize downtime.• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of Machines through regular Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Maintenance and maintaining inventory of required spares parts. • Provides training to the manufacturing technicians, on part data creation, equipment maintenance and repair, and machine programming and optimization. • Responsible for MIS reports such as OEE, Plan v/s Achieved, Costing, Consumables consumption, etc.
