Make the monthly indent of consumable items ,regular chemicals and Packing Materials.Coordination with central purchase department and follow up of indents Make the daily stock report of all engineering , Chemicals & Packing materials.Maintain the Min./Max. Stock of Packing Materials, Chemicals & Store Consumable Items.Follow up for material with suppliers and transporters , ensuring timely delivery.Caring inventory analysis regularly and controlling inventory through controlling method like FSN,FIFO , ABC analysis etc. Perpetual inventory control system and material requirements planning (MRP) system.Make the Local purchase order after preparation of comparison sheet for a material from different vendor’s quotation for cost analysis and procurement of better equipment / materials.Make GRN , Inform to user and forward to a/c after all approvals .Responsible for all incoming materials storage . Handling & disposal of scrap and other obsolete, surplus items.Warehouse handling as like material location and safety.
