Training to all the team members for various concepts for elimination of waste like 7 Wastages, 3M, Kaizens, Poka yoke, Kanban,7 QC Tools.& TPM.5.) Preparation of Training materials for engineers, Associates.6.) Achieve best utilization of machines by implementation of TPM.7.) Improvement in PQCD by doing QCC.8.) Focus on team work for achieving all K.R.A.9.) Cost reduction by localization of spare parts.10.) Implementation of Visual Management on Shopfloor.11.) Making department Budget
