Works for the Quality and Compliance team, handles the lifecycle management of policies and global (aviation) procedures as part of the Volocopter Integrated Management System (IMS).Mission includes working on company documentation (not limited to aviation subjects!) in electronic Document Management System (DMS) called Webmanuals.* Responsible for lifecycle management of policies and global (aviation) procedures as part of the Integrated Management System (IMS) framework of Volocopter* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and supply technical support for other Document Owners in the entire company* Review, update, and draft (new) documentation in the DMS* Define Business-Processes of the Company by using Business Process Modelling (BPM) Language* Support/manage strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects related to IMS* Collect and share best practices through coordination meeting* Tracking documents during creation, reviewing and approving processes and ensuring documentation runs through a review process (using tools such as Jira and the DMS-System)* Maintain a contemporary knowledge of current industry trends, standards and methodologies as related to the IMS.

Responsible for establishing a Quality Management system by heading the project to obtain necessary QMS certificates (ISO9001 & AS9100). Also includes, developing and implementing quality process, procedures and any relevant documentation. Work with executive management, project managers, operations teams and internal teams to set up & improve the processes. Set up and perform QMS Internal Audit based on standard requirements. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.Monitoring, analyzing performance and improving the operational processes and outputs. Inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met and determining corrective actions,solutions, and improvements. Determining and Monitoring quality metrics for all processes. Prepare reports on malfunctions and initiate actions.Review all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing methods and process specifications and ensure project and processes meet all requirements. Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation and inspection checks. Perform verifications and tests according to process.Supporting business development teams for preparation of Mock-up’s and technical analysis. Review the proposals or deliverables for any edits, suggest enhancements and perform final proofreading.

• Participate in Internal and External quality audits as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager• Manage supplier quality processes using standard supplier quality management tools.• Ensure quality control procedures and processes performed by operators on the floor are properly followed• Ensures products and process development meet quality standards.• Develop data collection plans, analyze data, establish recommendations, and implement solutions for supplier performance improvement.
