A person who has acquired knowledge, one should impart that knowledge for the good of others. At International level, every year, since 2005, during the Summer holidays, two or three teachers have accompanied me in helping, supporting and guiding schools who were in pursuit for knowledge. The range of training provided in various schools, two day conferences and teaching pedagogy, and making a difference, this inspired me to take the field into consultancy. It was the smiling faces, passionate individuals that brought joy to my heart. Now, I wish to continue this journey and network to a wider field around the world. Umeshchandra a team Inspector, who has inspected overseas schools: Kuwait, Panama, Hong Kong, Kenya, Spain, Nigeria and well over 30 schools including UK, with his appraisal performance always rated as outstanding. He has been highly effective in carrying out reviews and evaluations for schools in Kuwait, Kenya and India.As a dynamic and energetic practitioner, Umesh has provided and delivered CPD for ISA, ISAP and COBIS. A lifelong learner, committed to professional growth and educational excellence. Since 2004, having been warded with the NPQH and NLP (Masters), Umeshchandra has been mentoring PGCE students, working on behalf of University of Central London (UCL). Through UCL, he has also provided training on teaching pedagogy, records and assessments, to a group of delegates from Kuwait and Kazakhstan.
