• Develop, maintain, and implement business continuity strategies and solutions, encompassing risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity procedures. • Liaise with various departments to ensure awareness and compliance with continuity plans, and update strategies based on evolving risks and business needs.• Oversee building and grounds maintenance, operating and maintaining custodial functions. Ensure that security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.• Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. Oversee and supervise the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.• Demonstrate high integrity in Customer Relationship Management and client handling. Work in and/or lead interdisciplinary and/or cross-cultural teams. Possess team building and leadership skills, good negotiation skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.• Capture supply and demand data for space resources and assets; prepare space allocation plans and implement them.• Manage key information associated with space management, facility drawings, PSCA, and alternate space management within the organization.• Support internal and external audits.
