CurrentHandling Web and Mobile app development process from initiation to closure. Managing a team of 8+ project managers along with supervision of ~80 team members. Taking care of project delivery, resource management, invoicing, processes implementation and helping the peer groups of Sales, HR, Accounts from my experience.Some of the key responsibilities are:- Managed a team of ~80 resources segragated in different departments & hierarchy through effective planning, mentoring & coaching.- Setup the processes for resource planning, forecasting and resource deployment as per the business requirement.- Successfully able to stabilize & grow the delivery revenue (to 50%) for taking the organization to next level, by bringing in the right processes.- Successfully able to setup the latest technologies (MeanStack/ReactNative) within organization to grow existing operations, business & team- Provided support in presales activities & generating business from existing clients.- Implemented processes to find out customer satisfaction ratio and achieved >80% rating in it which resulted repeat business for the organization.- Was responsible for monitoring and reporting on project & delivery progress to management using status reports and weekly meetings.- Managed issues and escalations through determining necessary staffing/resource needs and monitor day to day crisis mitigation activities.- Was Responsible for building high-performance teams and people development, with a focus on attracting and retaining talent.
