I am an experienced professional with over a decade of experience in project management, Educational Affairs handling, marketing & communication in the non-profit sector. I earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sindh in Pakistan and a postgraduate diploma in project management from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi, Pakistan. Over the past seven years, I have led the operational, stakeholder management, intellectual restructuring, and reformed the program SOP’s and policies for facilitation to diversified students across Pakistan for the project National Talent Hunt Program. I holds the record of outstanding performance award for four years: 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2020-21.I have led an awareness campaign for scholarship and organized 356 sessions in 127 districts of Pakistan, attended by sixty thousand plus candidates. 1370 underprivileged students get benefited from two months of orientation and acquired four years undergraduate degree on scholarship worth an approximate PKR 188.5 million. Beyond my skills and professionalism, I do volunteers for organizing workshops like catalyzing volunteerism, value-based leadership, student counseling, and donor relationship management. I have received an award of volunteer of the year from the citizen foundation.Progressive efforts and potential helped me to grab a job in a multi-national organization. From October 1, 2021, I have joined Aga Khan University as an Assistant Manager where my assignment is to support the office of Faculty Development and Academic Affairs reporting to Associate Dean for Faculty in ensuring faculty well-being and fair, equitable, and consistent recognition of their contributions to the academics, research, and service mandates and execute initiatives directed at faculty academic advancement, faculty work-life Balance, Strategic and stakeholder engagement forums.I enjoy working on inclusion and diversity, executing tools to improve access to quality education and technological tools. I aim to be the lead management professional of Training and educational projects.
