I am an Assistant Professor at the College of Engineering Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala, with a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Kerala. My research interests lie in Mathematical Modeling, Computational Biology, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a particular focus on developing computational modeling platforms for Synthetic Biology.I am also a research supervisor at APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, where I guide students and researchers in their academic and research pursuits.In my teaching and outreach, I have delivered workshops on Mathematics for Machine Learning, Python, R Programming, and Scilab, helping students and professionals hone their skills. I also enjoy communicating science to a broader audience and have written and delivered popular science talks and articles to make complex topics accessible to the public.With a keen interest in innovation and design thinking, I am currently mentoring several innovative projects, helping teams turn creative ideas into practical solutions. I am passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world applications.I am always eager to collaborate with fellow researchers, educators, and innovators to address global challenges and make an impact through science and technology.
