Took over a heavily customized/Scripted Siebel CRM and Order Management system having loads of performance issues and managed to improve the performance drastically by the use of light business components along with getting rid of custom scripts by converting most of the requirements to configurable solutions. Involved requirement gathering & analysis, design, development of Siebel CRM Application.Delivered the technical solution design for the business requirements.Understanding Integration strategies, common flows for integration for multiple systems involved in the e2e solution.Designed and implemented SOAP and REST Webservices.Deleivered the Siebel Upgrade from Siebel CRM version 8.1.1.0 to Siebel 16.17.

Configured Integration objects and BI publisher report templates for custom reports and developed client business services for production issues related to data fixes.

Responsible for High and Low level Design, Siebel configuration/development and Unit testing. Produced Functional specification documents, estimation for the customer requirements. Mainly worked on Siebel Application configuration including scripting, EAI, EIM, both Inbound and Outbound Web services for Siebel 7.8 and 8.1 versions for Finance, Public Sector and Pharma Industry applications.

Worked on Siebel EAI for integrating Siebel with SAP ISU and CRM systems.Produced High Level Design and Low Level Design of solutions detailing exact functional and technical requirements on Siebel against integartion requirements detailing the Siebel Configuration / Database changes required to address various synchronisation requirements among Siebel and SAP systems.Modified the existing Intergration objects and components, designed new workflows to cater the sychronisation requirements to keep the systems in syhc and have no data integrity issues.Designed and developed business services to have the logic built in to manipulate/validate the siebel messages coming from and sending to systems, also used to trigger events which further triggered the messages to be sent acros various interfaces.Mainly worked on Customers and their accounts, orders, quotes, contact history data as part of the utility industry application.

Produced High level Design and Low Level Design of solutions detailing exact functional and technical requirements on Siebel against respective OSS requirements detailing exact Siebel Configuration / Database changes required to address various business requirements.Customized the Siebel (eCommunications, eChannel and eSales) application for Order Management and Service Management application to incorporate unique business rules of on-line business and interactions with backend systems. Customization includes creating new or modifying the existing/vanilla business components, applets, business services, workflows. Designed and driven the implementation of a common validation business service in Siebel, which are re-used in various channels of the business (Web, eCommunications, and XML (B2B) channels). EAI, Web Services, MQ and MS - SQL scripts were used to communicate with other systems for order progression and processing. Created new and amended existing EIM jobs that are being used to load Customers/Contacts/Inventory (Asset) data on Siebel. Created DTS packages for data extract and reports generations and emailing the same to the stake holders, data import i.e. populating the EIM tables and executing the EIM jobs to load Customers/Contacts/Inventory (Asset) data on the Siebel tables.Monitored and administered Siebel servers and the components for the smooth, consistent and performant behavior of the CRM for its users along with user administration which included user creation and associating the responsibilities and positions for them. Provided the support at all levels for all live issues along with the data cleansing activities, the defect analysis with root cause and providing the fixes for the same. Proactively identified performance issues and improved performance of various processes of Siebel including back end and front end tasks. Planned and executed the deployment activities for the release of new functionalities every month.
