Within the past 15 years. I worked for ENTEX, they got sold. I became SIEMENS, they got sold, Now I am Atos. But for all 15 years, I provided onsite support to Hoffmann La Roche. Started with supporting Windows 3.1 and NT 4.0 then Win95, Win2000, Win XP and Windows7. Every migration came with new hardware, IBM, Compaq, HP, Dell, and Toshiba. Not in that order, all laptops and desktops. I got certified on all of them. I also got different HP printer certifications over the years to be able to work on them. Worked with Remedy and HP Service Desk, ticketing software, created, responded to, escalated, and closed tickets. Track all outstanding tickets. Ran into and solved countless hardware and software problem. Few years ago, I started supporting 1000+ computers in the research and development labs. Followed strict GxP regulations for validated lab systems. Gained experience with computer safety in scientific labs that contain various biohazards. Work with a group to do a major Windows 7 upgrade to 700+ lab PCs. Worked on 300+ lab applications, installing and testing each one on Win7, making sure they all worked with clients custom made Win7 image. Created manual installation documents and Change request documents for all 300+ applications. Supported the installation team with the applications.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on Plant machinery and when needed Troubleshoot and repair.Using PLC's and PLC programming to automate plant machinery. Working with wiring/mechanical schematics and drawings to wire new machinery.

Worked as a bench technician, repairing CD/DVD drives, tape backup drives and floppy drives. Lead a team of two techs to form a tape data back-up repair department.
