• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customers,• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships,• Analyze RFQs, RFPs and RFIs to create proposal outlines and development plans,• Direct proposal kickoff and debrief meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.• Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements.• Coordinate and review / edit proposal inputs from all departments, typically involving contributions from R&D, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and logistics.

• Management of all B2B pricing and sales strategies of Opel Brand• Manage special KA projects and price quotations for Opel Brand• Prospecting new clients, generating sales leads and closing business• Lead the Zone Manager Team to create monthly SME sales• To manage and motivate Dealer Active Salesman Teams in order to achieve the sales targets• Prepare brand-specific proposals to proactively win new business including RFP & RFI
