Location of work: İzmir – TurkeyProject: Folkart Incity & Folkart Vega A+ Real Estate ProjectsResponsibility:Responsible for some parts of projects; Retaining and Soil improvement works, insulation works, reinforced concrete works, steel works, architectural works (gypsum-plaster, screed, etc.) Ensuring full and complete implementation of the quality control system by Folkart and subcontractors’ staffsOrganizing the acquaintance meeting when a new sub-contractor will come on site, requesting the necessary documents (construction methods, material approvals, etc.), informing the Subcontractor about the quality requirements Providing sample application by new subcontractor for the new works and checking the sample application together with the relevant departments and making a written evaluation Checking all materials used in the field which are approved by the material approval forms Checking the materials coming to the site which are suitable and approved together with the responsible department’s personel in the Warehouse Entrance Controls and to ensuring that the unauthorized material is removed from the siteEnsuring the field works are performed in accordance with the project and technical specifications by the relevant Folkart and Subcontractor personnel and participation in the necessary steps in accordance with the Control & Test Plan Determining the improper productions, after verbal warning of minor defects preparing a written warning report Identifying major defects and publishing a separate non-compliance report to relevant personnel Participating internal coordination and subcontractor coordination meetings and getting informations about starting works Preparation of Quality Activities Assessment Report in desired periods and on time
