Primarily, I work on analog and digital circuit design, with a particular focus on multilayer (up to 12) high-speed PCB design. RF and Microwave PCB design is a subject that excites me the most and one that I am actively developing my skills in. Additionally, I have expertise in DC-DC structures and battery management systems (BMS) including battery protection systems.I am proficient in using PCB design software such as Altium Designer, KiCad EDA, and Eagle on a daily basis. I can undertake PCB projects involving communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, UART, I2C, SPI, and Ethernet (10/100/1000BASE-T). For simulation purposes, I can utilize spice simulation programs like PSpice, LTspice, and Falstad. I am capable of calculating parameters such as conductor properties, transmission line impedance values for RF design, and via properties.In our office environment, I conduct prototyping and electrical testing processes for the PCBs we design using LPKF Protomat S103 board router devices. I can efficiently manage serial and prototype PCB production and assembly processes. Proficient in the use of measuring instruments like a multimeter, oscilloscope, network analyzer, and multi-channel power supply.My experience extends to EMI/EMC and ESD testing processes, adhering to MIL-STD-461 standards. Additionally, I am well-versed in documentation operations, including BOM, 3D PDF, gerber file creation, and schematic preparation. Beyond these responsibilities, I am skilled in managing semiconductor orders and stocking processes.
