• Developing the Mini MBA programs for all level of talent pools with the collaboration of universities locally and internationally.

• Analyzing the training needs of employees and distributors according to the year end performance evaluation results.
• Determining the internal or external trainings and trainers due to training needs.
• Organizing the trainings for Head Quarter employees, Regional Office employees and distributor employees.

• Supporting the administration manager about effective planning, implementation and improvement of employee services including, transportation, taxi services, security, company cars, access control system and other.
• Management of the HR cost center budget management.
• Controlling and recording supplier’s invoices from SAP to make necessary bookings for cost center and send for approval.
• Conducting the analysis of the month end variance of HR cost center. Responsible for proper operation and improvement of Access Control System.
• Responsible for the operations of company car including maintenance, insurance, tires requests, distribution, change and sales of cars around the all Turkey.
• Controlling the security issues of distribution cars.
