• Managing VOD operation teams of technical integration, material traffic,encoding, QC, dubbing&subtitling, editing, EPG operations, multiplexing ofchannels and OTT services.• Creating workflows across content operations, localization, scheduling and QCprocesses.• Work cross-functionally across content operations, localization and schedulingteams to ensure workflows throughout its lifecycle.• Review and QC localized assets.• Conducting Time Shift TV operations.• Collecting offers due to technical requirements and drafting agreements with thelegal team for third parties.• Provide operational immediate solution at start-up phase and findingoptimization solutions at the workflow• Perform the annual budget.• Coordinate content partner onboarding requirements with Acquisitions and Opsbased on localization requirements.• The collaboration, relationship management and crisis management regardingthird parties, content owners and distributors.• Building on work methods & procedures and meet with technology to identifysystems to be used.
