Our brands are Chicago Pneumatic Compressors and Pneumatech gas equipments. My main responsibility is increasing air compressor and nitrogen&oxygen generator sales in desired territories via distributors and/or sales partners and supplying them with continuous technical and marketing information. In some cases direct sales in gas generators is possible.I am responsible of all technical support of our sales partners and I am also giving sales, technical and/or product trainings to our partners.(Total 15 distributors and 10 OEM Sales partners.)Main Responsibilities:- Helping implementing marketing strategy- Sales management - Establishing relations with customers and partners at all organizational levels.- Identifying customers’ and partners’ needs.- Developing and maintaining effective relations with key customers-Developing and maintaining OEM customers for project based package sales.-Training new distributor Sales Engineers technically. -Preparing and updating price lists.-Finding new B2B customers as distributors or OEM sales partners.-Helping our distributors with end user visits to close direct sales.-Coordinating with CTS Division to ensure that all end users and distributors are getting a well organized and fast aftersales service.-Searching and organizing reliable competitor information from the market.-Business drive for other departments of CP brand all over the Turkey.Results by the end of 2014:*%60 increase in orders recieved (OR) *%45 increase in number of compressors sold (Units)
