Software design and development of e-Archive Project. (Acting Team leader since May 2015.)e-Archive project is a cloud based large scale java application to process Tax Payer's invoices, archive them and generate and send reports to Turkish Revenue Administration periodically through web services.Features:- Receiving invoices in XML (UBL) or PDF with embedded XML format through Web Services, FTP, Upload or Web Form.- Processing of invoices with multi-thread workers based on ActiveMQ consumers.- Generation and sending of reports to Turkish Revenue Administration in xml format through Web Services.- Various utility workers for sending invoices as e-mail, processing/keeping track of batch invoice input (FTP/Upload), generation of reports etc.- Exposing invoice creation / inquiry and various other methods to integrating customer systems as web services.

General coordination and management of modernization projects of Turkish Navy, including Ship Building Projects, Communications and Information Technology Projects, Simulators etc.. • Strategic Planning• Project Portfolio Management

Developing enterprise level decision support (rich internet) application (ORSA) consisting of 20+ various Operation Research models to conduct analyses on various topics, including force structure analysis, cost effectiveness analysis on procurement and stock planning.

Using IEOR techniques (optimization, modeling and simulation), conducting analyses on wide array of topics such as; • Cost-effectiveness analysis on procurement.• Threat based force planning and effectiveness analysis.• Stock planning analysis. Also designing and implementing analytical models for ORSA System.

Served as Operations Officer in Turkish Navy’s MCM Vessels.
