Before ordering, I am responsible for offer assessment as a sales engineer. I act as a bridge between the customer and the factory (our technical, quality, and production teams). After the first configuration of the vehicle was received, I check whether the customer requests have been made before and if they are, I make the pricing (in terms of labor hours, technical effort, and material (mold, test, analysis, material used). I get the relevant documents (such as non-flammability, and ECE R10) from the suppliers and ensure that they are checked. I provide the necessary data and documents from the suppliers so that our technical team can work and check the feasibility of the request.After ordering, I am responsible for being a bridge between the factory and the customer as a one-customer face for solving all problems. Vehicles go into production, that vehicle will be my responsibility until the vehicle is delivered to the customer. Any question that may come, the problem goes through my filter first. Including vendor or customer inquiries.I have been working as a specialist for both of them since Jun 2022. I am responsible for an average of 400 vehicles each year since 2019.Responsible vehicles typ: Lion's Coach, Tourliner, Skyliner, Cityliner, Intecity.
