Successfully completed a large complex migration and decommission of Amsteveen Data Centres (NL) to RBS UK Data Centres. Working with a multi national team, had responsibility for enabling the successful cutover. This was achieved by delivering a fit for purpose aligned environment accessible through complex networks, realigned user access protocols, accommodated multiple changes on evolving platforms while at all times assessing any risks to assure customer service.

SEPA Infrastructure Programme Manager. Successfully delivered the strategic infrastructure solution for Single Euro Payments Area Programme (SEPA) in Global Infrastructure Services RBS. This included SEPA Credit and Debit Transactions for International and Ulster Banking.
